Travel day

Patti, Peter, Willa, Bronwyn and Clara stopped to fetch Rik and me on the way to the airport. We may have been the first people to arrive for the flight and the checkin/security process was a breeze. 

Clara's family seemed reluctant to see her go. Probably worried about whether I'll lose her. (Me too)

We flew over Clara's house!

It was Clara's first flight on our way to Montreal and it was a prop plane. The next flight should be more fun.  more turbulence, more snacks, higher, faster, and hopefully lots of room.

Currently, we are waiting in Montreal for the second leg of our journey - to Frankfurt.  

Hopefully, we'll be boarding soon. I'll ping you from Europe. 😍.
